I strongly suggest anyone thinking of hiring Alaniz Marketing as your agency to think otherwise. I hired them for a short stint to execute marketing for my company, and although their work seemed competent, the owner Roxanne was a nightmare to her employees. I would witness her treat them with such disrespect during a meeting as well as be demeaning to employees who were not on the call. As a business owner myself, I was astonished that someone could be so heartless. The majority of the work I requested was mediocre. I decided to graciously leave and sought out another agency of which I am much more pleased. This is just a forewarning to steer clear from this company.
