Today I had the best experience at a dentist. And I am terribly anxious about going to the dentist. Dr. Perry was so patient and kind as well as the assistants. The receptionists were kind and understanding as well. An A+ experience.

Ella(8) had a great time at the dentist yesterday, Su-Ping was very good at demonstrating to Ella proper brushing, she clearly feels strongly about oral hygiene, and she has a firm but kind teaching method. She used the pink mouth dye to show Ella where her plaque was building up(the places she missed while brushing) and then had Ella watch to see in a mirror while she showed her some brushing techniques that would wipe out those trouble zones. I was sitting in and watching and I could hear the understanding finally CLICK it was so palpable! As a Mom, my kids are slowly becoming immune to my voice. Its so nice to have a passionate dental hygienist who can still get through to them! Also, there was no shame involved because when the Doc popped in and he asked Ella what she had learned, she owned it! She related she had been missing things, but knew what to do now. She walked out of their high on confidence! Thank you Su-Ping and thank you Dr. Freemantle!

Broken tooth problem, diagnosed, tooth pulled in an hour. Probably a bit rare. Everyone is friendly, professional and gives options for you to decide, with good information.

I cant say enough good things about this place!! I am an extremely sensitive person when it come to teeth( or lack there of).. I have anxiety, ADHD, extreme sensory issues, and a difficult dental path-so I know Im not the easiest patient. I think I cried the first five visits I was so scared and not used to seeing a dentist. Dr Freemantle (his assistants and front desk staff )has been SO incredible. He is extremely understanding,accommodating, and sensitive not only to my needs,but to my fears as well. They gave me back a part of my life and faced my fears with me,holding my hand. Thank you Novato family Dental! Highly recommended!!

Novato Family Dental provides a caring, professional environment. My teeth sparkle after todays appointment! Dr. Freemantle is the best dentist I have ever seen!
