The Manjarrez team didn't disappoint us. Anthony and Francisco helped us find our new property. It was nice that they worked around our schedule and we didn't have to take any days off or leave early in order to complete all of the buying process. Also, they were on point with communication, and they were always active in their search for properties with the specifications we had shared. Word of Mouth Joe has helped my sister and brother-in-law buy and sell multiple properties. He came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. His knowledge is impeccable and his understanding of swiftly changing market conditions; second-to-none. Im at the tail end of a divorce and this property was the last thing connecting us. I highly recommend Joe and Anthony if you are looking for a new home or selling a home. I have been looking for a home for almost a year and kept getting outbid was almost losing hope. These guys know how the current market is and will do their best to make you happy. They are true to their word, and don't try to over sell or over bid which I really much appreciated. I bought my dream home after 10 years of saving and I am glad I found them to get me the home I wanted. It was truly 2 stressful weeks during the escrow process, but they were calling me everyday on it making sure I signed and turned in anything I needed on time. They were really on it which allowed me to get the home faster without any problems and with the help of a great loan officer Gaby I was able to close quickly in 2 weeks. Although my schedule was different since I work nights they were there 247 to answer any questions and quickly replied and helped me through the stressful process for being a first time home buyer. Although they represented both buyer and seller on this home I wanted, they helped me out making me happy and also the seller out meeting in the middle where everyone was happy and fair close. They also had quick connections with termite companies, home inspections, and appraisals with escrow so i didn't have to go try finding one and they scheduled everything for me making it a smooth rapid process to close quickly.
