The long wait is ridiculous!! Then I heard another patient was scheduled at the same time with my mom and with the same doctor!

Please be aware you will be here for the minimum of 2 hours. The wait is ridiculously here. The doctors are great thats one of reason I'm choosing to stay for now. The office staff seems friendly except for the 2 who sit on Dr Kim/Kongs side. Just not friendly at all.

For any patient leaving poor review please call your healthcare plan and file a complaint and a grievance make sure you do that or those problems will keep happening to you and others.

What a joke this place is. I have come 3 times. Never seen on time. Last one was 45vminute wait. This one my appointment is for 315 today still waiting. Over an hour. Yet if you're more then 15 minutes late you can't be seen. All I need is to go over test results. Wad told I can't do results over the phone. Very un professional.

Was transferred from my Dr's office to this office. I'm very please with there service. I started seeing Dr. Carlos Gutierrez.. very friendly, he really takes his time to hear you out. And cares about your health. I also brought my husband here as well. He was very pleased to see the same Dr. He went way and beyond to see you were treated good n got the care you needed. Good job Carlos Gutierrez
