Celebrity Connected

If I could give a zero I would. I worked for them as a photographer for their last event in February and they never paid us. They sent us an email about how their accounting team was backed up but it was just a lie. I've sent several emails with no response and their phone numbers are disconnected. This is a warning to never ever work with them in any capacity. People that don't return correspondence and can't pay their contractors are completely unprofessional. You've been warned!!!

I was reached out by Celebrity connected, however when I did my due diligence I came to the firm conclusion that they are a scam. All these business owners they teach out to but then it seems they have yelp get their bad reviews deleted. No bueno.

Wish negative stars was an option for reviews. I had worked as a photographer for many events with celebrity connected. That is until the one they had in February. Delivered images as per usual in timely manner, quantity required. And never received payment for my services. To make sure I had checked all my boxes on holding my end of the contract with them, I reached out to my vendor for that particular gifting suite to get a written confirmation that they received the images from celebrity connected. They did. I sent a certified letter demanding payment yet again, after many emails giving me the run-around on when I should be expecting payment, and then all responses ceased entirely. I again got no response. As the end of the year approaches and I am far too busy with valuable....PAYING clients, I don't have time to put together any effort in pursuing legal action. But the start of the year, I will be looking into a class action law suit against them. Any other photographers or videographers that didn't receive payment get around to getting something going on that! Count me in! While the pay was peons compared to my usual rates, I always looked at it as a networking opportunity, but a law suit against this company should be done because of the principal. Gene Sheynis is still listed as the president of the company, and it is still listed as active and renewed license as of May of this year (well after the communication stopped to us in regards to payment) according the business records of the state of California. Diana Colemenar was always the contact with photography/videographer vendors from the company, and if she no longer works with the company, someone should have taken up answering her emails AND PAYING THE VENDORS!!!!! The vendors for the gifting suite pay double or triple what they pay us as photographers/videographers from the various amounts I had heard them say through the years, and to think of the amount the last vendor I worked with paid, and Celebrity Connected kept that money for themselves rather than paying the people that worked all day for them is abhorrent! This company has disgraceful business practices to say the least!
