        I have stayed here multiple times and never had an issue. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. Easy reservation/ check-in process. Great value for your money. I highly recommend.

        My son is in the Military and has stayed at this hotel for the last almost 5 years. Tonight when he arrived their systems were down. They accepted his card and charged it 133.64, but were saying they couldn't see the transaction on their end. So he tool a screen shot of his online banking statement showing he had been charged. But they refused to accept that when they were the ones that asked for it. They made him get a credit card, which he didn't have. His family had to call the hotel and give them our card. I have had the same issue at the Hilton in LA when their systems were down and never had stayed there before. They excepted my screen shot and never gave me these problems. I am disappointed that are Military members are treated this way, specially when he has been a going there for almost 5 years now and lives 3 hours away. I suggested to my son to never stay at this Best Western again and to let his Military Branch know that this isn't a Military friendly hotel.
