        I made an appointment with Reliable Appliance-service for an estimate and the person in charge didnt not explained to me that I supposed to paid for a diagnostic, for checking my refrigerator so the guy came to my house to check my refrigerator and he told me that I owe him $99.35 so I was not happy they supposed to let people know that they charged for a diagnostic before so I was surprised. Im not happy with them. I will never call them for their service. Besides the guy couldnt put the refrigerator back where it was before. Not satisfied:(

      Unfortunately you have the wrong company.. we always explain to our customers that there's a service call charge and make it very clear.....our company name is Reliable Appliances Services....(very similar) Can you please upload the invoice or estimate that the technician left with you so we can verify the address and phone number..... Also we do not charge $99.35 for a service call but would be willing to help you out at a discounted price if interested
