Finely Finished did an excellent job repairing many doors I had and were very easy to communicate with, and prompt. I have a business that is in an old building, and many doors needed to be corrected from overall use and time.
Chad came in and was nice to work with, and was able to fix some pretty complicated issues either with doors jamming or not closing properly. He also listened to my unique needs and was able to help get a manufacturer to make a special order double thumb turn lock for several of my doors. He also installed a new door and window in which he cut into a wall, one side having a mural. His work was precise and he did minimal alterations to the mural, and everyone remarked on how clean the work was.

Great company, hire them!
They installed the kitchen door (its a door with a window and installed the doggy door too) about 5 years ago. I cant remember why anymore but they had to come back for some reason at that time which was super fast, no pushing you 2 weeks later etc.
Fast forward, 5 years later, the glass part looked really funky with some spots and lines, and I sent an email with the picture of it to Kerri. She responded immediately that they would look into it. I forgot about it for about the week and thought that these guy will need to be chased as every company now if you need the follow up fix. Then Kerri called and said they have replacement glass and can install it right away. Gave me appointment within two days. Extremely happy with the product, its even newer model of this window ( with shutters inside - slightly different newer design). And extremely happy with this company. Everything about Finely was excellent, from the inspection-quote process all the way through to the installation. The longer I've owned a home the more I've realized that only 2 things matter when it comes to home renovations: communication with your vendor and quality of work. Finely had both of those.
I was incredibly impressed with their skill at installation, my house had several quirks and curveballs that Finely had to figure out, but they made no excuses, figured out how to properly install the windows, and absolutely did a beautiful job. I've had so many vendors come across a problem and go "well this isn't perfect, I can't do this job if everything isn't perfect", Finely put their heads together and figured out challenges during installation.

Excellent available products by order, and the best installers around. Family run business. Super nice and knowledgeable pple, both in the field and the office. No reason to call anyone else!
