        This clinic has normal work hours, and closed on weekends, so it makes it really hard to go if you work. Ive been trying to get here for a month to buy bars, I get here at 11:36 AM and theyre closed from 11:30-12! How is this possible? I even checked online and it doesnt say they are closed- beyond frustrated!

        Everyone is kind, professional and healthful. They have been very encouraging in trying to help me to meet small goals. I knew what I was signing up for and I felt this program would help me meet my goals in a healthy manner. Ive made great progress thanks to the Lindora staff, helpful tips and determination to keep make progress. Ive liked recipe ideas given to me and the review of my graph to show how Ive progressively made changes. Like any plan, you have to stick with it and realize once you make your goal you will have to keep up the healthy changes to keep the weight off.
