Rene and I worked together on the purchase of my first home. From the first moment I spoke to him on the phone, I knew I was in the hands of a seasoned professional. When we met, I was still about 6 months away from being able to make an actual purchase. I think a lot of people would have blown me off as a tire kicker, but Rene took me under his wing immediately and got to work on helping me realize my vision. He tirelessly scouted out properties for me, and took the time to explain the pros and cons of each one.
Rene always took care of me as if I was his most important client. I have to admit, before I met him I was one of those people that thought "Do I really need a realtor in this day and age? Can't I do this on my own?" I am here to tell you that the answer is NO - you really do need an experienced professional like Rene to guide you through the process. In a challenging market like Los Angeles, you will need all the help you can get. He is an excellent negotiator - we actually got the house for $30k less than asking!
