Gaya Yaffa is is truly exceptional and the best realtor you can work with.she sold 2 properties for us in less then a week with multiple offers. We got $150,000 above asking price for our house in Woodland Hills. And we sold our investment Condo off market while we were already in another state. I had incredible experience working with Gaya. She is so friendly, personable , knowledgeable , exceptionally kind and strong person. She helped me to buy my first townhouse . It was really big deal to me, so thats why it was very important to find the right realtor. And choose Gayane was the best decision Ive ever made. Btw she was in New-York when we got a deal. And no matter where she is , she always put you first. Our transaction was not that easy as I expected, but she handled everything perfect. One day I was even wanted to cancel the escrow and just give up, but thank God she assured me that everything will be fine and she will take care of everything. And yeah , she did !
