I had a seriously bad experience with Michael. He is not honest and has serious anger issues. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the trouble of being bullied. Michael should not be allowed to engage with the public.

I know the few reviews on google are all 5 stars but my husband and I were looking at properties to lease and one came up with Maureen Volante's phone number as the person to contact. We both sent requests to tour the property (on 2 different real estate websites i.e. Zillow, etc.) and both left messages on her voice-mail yet never received a single email response or return phone call. If the property had already been taken, a simple one sentence email stating that the property was no longer available would have been nice. Nothing. In addition, the listing said to text or call someone named Michelle but left no number. Very disappointing to say the least.

We wanted an investment property. Maureen spent many days looking for the right condo and then negotiating the deal. She kept in close touch and answered my calls promptly. It was a terrific experience.

Mike is very enjoyable to work with and I consider him a friend as well. I have the pleasure of knowing him for many years. When I do sell my house Mike is the person I will be calling.
