I always like Walmart vision for my eye exams/ contact exams. At this location they are all such lovely people and I was able to get new glasses just like 6 days later and contacts on the spot.

Horrible customer service by OLGA (the manager). The month and a half ago I came to Walmart vision center to get contacts and eyeglasses. The doctor made a slight mistake in the prescription so I had to come back and change the prescription. Ive been waiting for my contacts for a month and when I came back to ask how much longer do I have to wait for them, they lied that they offered me a different brand of contacts, so I wouldnt have to wait, and I refused it, WHICH WASNT TRUE!!! Nobody offered me anything!!!Do you think I would wait a month and a half to get the contacts if I could get a another brand without the wait instead??? I wish I had a camera footage or something like this. They called the security on me and my husband for complaining, and we are not abusive people. The security guy listened to my husband and took his side and said, that if it was his daughter he would complain too. I was crying, by the office by my self and OLGA came back to me and shamed me for complaining, and said that I am lying and I cannot talk to them like this. And I wasnt even rude to her, all I wanted them to fix the problem because I payed $300 and was left with nothing. Plus they kept calling me, saying that my contacts are ready to be picked up and in reality there was nothing to pick up. The other time they called me and said that I have an appointment at 4 pm, and I said I didnt even schedule anything, so how is it even possible?? They called me Barbara and Im completely different customer, they mixed up the orders, conversations and appointments I see a lot of people complain about OLGA the manager so hopefully she will be fired because the vision center will have less and less customers every year. I have nothing against the doctors who work there, they are very professional. Just because the technicians are clueless and the manager are rude, unprofessional and disrespectful I wouldnt recommend for anyone to go there. Spend your money somewhere else where they have good customer service and respect for you.
