My spouse was admitted to this facility for rehab for a few weeks, and our experience was terrible. Although the place looks nice from the outside, the management and nurses are awful. The new Director of Nursing (DON) Jennifer Hernandez is more focused on her appearance than her job. She lacks competence, experience, and medical knowledge. Despite raising concerns with her twice, she doesn't listen and tries to distract you by her fake laughs. The facility lacks permanent nurses, and they are often late with medication, serve cold food, and neglect patients. We had to take my spouse out because of the poor care. I witnessed the health department visiting twice due to abuse charges involving staff and patients. Patients were left cold at night because the heating was turned off. The administrator is also rude ,ignored and money hunger. It appears they rushed to open for money without addressing issues. Despite providing feedback, it was ignored. With better management, this place could improve. As someone with 30 years of experience in medicine, I believe this facility warrants a serious investigation.

Zero Star for Nursing department and to incompetent DON Jennifer Hernandez. My grandma end up In ICU for acute renal failure from a UTI. Because she missed her IV antibiotics, the facility got no nurses to administer IV for patients. They have one DON (so called RN )she does not know how to start IV and patients have to waiting for a RN to get their medication and they miss the doses. The facility used to be good but had gone downhill with new management.

A great place for your elderly loved ones to rehabilitate. This facility has friendly and caring staff. My mom stayed here for two months and with regular physical and occupational therapy got better fast.

I'm writing this review to share my experience as a employee for few year in the facility and I had to resign due to some changes since Keith and Jennifer joined us. I've been a CNA here for a while and things used to be great. But now, it's not so good. Jennifer, director of nursing, did not let the us to take our lunch breaks and treats us badly. She yells at us insults us, and even punishes us unfairly. Lots of people including me resigned or have quit because of her. The residents aren't getting good care either. they are short-staffed, and accidents happen more often. Jennifer tells the CNas to hide these accidents from families, which could get us in trouble. I'm sharing this because nobody listens to us in the facility. The administrator is does not care to employees concern or complain. I hope HR can look into what's going on and talk to everyone and find the reason why the employees left the facility. Jen is a monster she has no feelings or respect to people worked in this facility for many years and now they are leaving their job because of her and she is using her power bullying employees.
