California Medical Weight Loss

Made an appointment for my mother and I and provided both of our information over the phone and asked to be scheduled together. Upon arrival we were asked for our IDs and were given forms the fill out. While we were doing so one of the ladies at reception called my moms name out and said what are you here for? Apparently they dont accept patients 65+ and my mom is 65 but they failed to mention that over the phone. The way she asked my mom what are you here for felt so rude, and isnt it a weight loss clinic like what kind of question is that?

Excellent service. They provided great patient care and answered all my questions. The cost for their services is affordable. I have been going to this office for a couple of months and already lost 23 lbs.

I really do enjoy coming here and like the staff, but Im sitting here outside on Saturday 2/25 and its been over an hour since they were meant to open and no one is here. Ive watched a few people come and go already, one who said they even had an appointment. This is not my first instance with someone being extremely late. I thought it was a one off experience, but here we are again. Once this issue is corrected I would be fully happy with my experience here.

I have been super inconsistent with my weight between life changes and motherhood, it has been tough. But when I am consistently doing what I am being advised of by the doctor here I see WUICK WEIGHT LOSS AND MANAGEMENT OF IT. The ladies who work here are very kind and friendly. Im always rushing in between lunch and my work hours and they are always so accommodating!

5 Stars across the board! All staff were very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They made me feel very comfortable from beginning to end, answering any and all questions I had or may have had. Would highly recommend to anyone whos ready to begin their weight loss journey.
