        I needed a specialized RTD the next day. I am on the east coast. I was able to talk to Jairo Garcia and Will Williams and they sorted me out with the custom RTD and it arrived the next day at 10am. After I sent an inquiry I had a phone call within 10 minutes. This is by far the best customer service I've ever had. I will definitely be buying all of my temperature products from these guys in the future!
