Outdated firm that feels like we were in the 80s/90s still with exceptionally poor customer service and communication with Dana Goldstein. Might be different with Marty who we have spoken to just once. We have been incorrectly sent policies for other people and have gotten worse quotes/options, which we realized only after moving all our insurance over to other recommended insurance brokers. If Dana can't get a quick commission for an easy policy, do not expect her to help and even puts the blame on you for situations out of your control when compared to other brokers who tried to think of solutions or want to build an actual relationship.
