24 Hour Fitness

Effective April 5, 2024 this gym will start opening on Friday at 8 am instead of at 5am and also on Saturday and Sunday at 8am instead of 6. So much for 24 hour name, while actually cutting the hours. Also on Friday they will be closing at 8 pm instead of 9 pm. Less hours for the same cost.

Now you get what you pay for at 24. Its close so I come For convenience, but there are not enough free weights under 30 lbs (if any).I spend most of my workouts looking for weights. I hope management sees this and fixes this super inconvenient problem. Its been over 6 months that my gym buddies and I have had this issue.

I really like this gym, it's clean, it's in a good place.

Not too busy during the AM hours. Get packed in the afternoon and night. It's not open 24hrs. Closes at 10pm weekdays and 8pm weekends. Good amount of different work equipment. There tends to be an issue with repairing broken equipment. Sometimes weeks pass without it being fixed. Pins are constantly missing on many machines. I counted at least 6/7 machines missing pins, which renders them unless. And for some reason, all the lower weights 15-5 have disappeared.

The guy I spoke with was a moron and couldn't understand the concept of a weekly membership. I literally had to spell the word for him. Why would you work in customer service if you can't communicate on a basic level?!
