Brought my wedding dress here to be altered and my fianc's suit to be pressed, I was greeted by Anthony who I believe is the owner and he was beyond professional and helpful. He gave his true opinion on the best types of alterations for my dress and at a very reasonable price. Needless to say we will be back, my fianc was already discussing some pants and jeans he needs tailored as well. Thank you Northridge Cleaners & Anthony for helping us look our best for the big day!

A SCAM!!!! DONT GO HERE THEY WON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY IF UR ITEM GETS DAMAGED!!!! I had my boyfriend's Tommy Hilfiger jacket professionally cleaned by this facility. This jacket ranges from $60-100 depending on where you get it. I then returned it to the owner, my boyfriend. When he got the jacket, he noticed immediately that the white Tommy Logo was faded/burnt off. He also noticed that the Tommy stamp was completely taken off as well and he was furious. I took it back to the cleaners with pictures of the damages and they told me that the material doesn't work well with their machines. They recommended I come back and talk to ANTHONY who I assume is the one that worked on the jacket. Fast forward, I brought the jacket back up to the store and spoke to Anthony. He already knew who I was because of the review I left. He insisted multiple times that I take down the review. He told me that it wasn't their fault that the jacket got damaged and that it was the manufacturer Tommy Hilfiger's fault. He tried to say that the jacket was not damaged and began to get very defensive when I used that term. He started pointing out other sections of the jacket that he said would have been damaged as well if the jacket was damaged which makes no sense considering the other parts are not the problem. He said he could try to fix it by searching for the missing parts and reordering the stamp if not found. He said to leave it there and come pick it up either on Saturday or Monday. I picked it up on Monday only for him to tell me that he could not find the exact piece and there was nothing he could do but offer me $40 in store credit to have it re-cleaned. It doesn't need to be cleaned it needs to be fixed. He was trying to push the narrative that there was nothing he could do & that what happened wasn't the company's fault in hopes I would just settle with the damaged jacket. I had the owner of the jacket (my boyfriend) on the phone to talk to him and Anthony just kept saying the same thing he told me ....this material is bad.it's not their fault its Tommy Hilfiger. I asked him whats the stores Damage Policy and he said that there wasn't one. Under California law, a cleaner's liability for lost or damaged items is typically governed by the doctrine of "bailment." This means the dry cleaner owes a duty to exercise reasonable care over the items in their possession. I took the jacket home and do not plan on disregarding this issue. I will be asking for a full replacement for my damaged item or LEGAL ACTION will be taken. Here's before and after pictures.

Wonderful service and very attentive to details. I got my wedding dress alteration here. Other places priced me at a starting point of $500 over the phone before ever seeing or hearing what needed to be done but Anthony wouldn't give me a price without actually seeing what was needed (rightfully) and I ended up paying less than I would have at other places. Very happy with the outcome - Highly recommended!
