Heather is the BEST!! She truely cares about our kitties. Shes super organized, detail oriented, and goes above and beyond to make sure things are being taken care of. She has been our pet sitter for YEARS and the only one we trust with our kitties. Thank you Heather for being so awesome!

For the past ten years, Heather has been staying with our cat when we're out of town. She can't be recommended highly enough. Heather takes care of Charlie and our house. She stays in touch multiple times a day, sending updates and photos. Above all, Heather is a pleasure to know and work with. You and your pet could not be in better or more caring hands.

It has been a pleasure having "Best Friends Forever Pet Services" for the past 12 years. When we have had to leave our dog alone for a long period of time, they will come and we can know he will get wonderful care. He loves being walked during the week, and waits eagerly for his walker to arrive. The staff is so loving and kind and they are great at following any instruction we have .

We have been clients of Best Friends Forever since 2015. Heather has been the most consistent, outgoing, and thorough caretaker we have ever had for our cats, and we trust her immensely. I could not be more grateful for the peace of mind that comes when we leave home for several weeks at a time and know the furballs are in her capable and compassionate hands. Every person she has brought into her crew steps into her high standards and exceeds expectations, as well we always know whos coming into the house and trust without exception theyll be excellent. We have one peanut with some stranger-danger issues, and Heather literally laid on the floor for months to earn her trust. We regularly get pictures with folks jackets spread out on the rug, reaping cat hair, just because the kitties seem to like snuggling on them. Saints. We get full reports after every visit, with pictures of everyone having a blast and not caring one iota that were gone every time we come home, I swear the place looks better than when we left. We have not yet had a major emergency while away, but I would trust Heather and the BFF crew implicitly to facilitate any veterinary care and decision-making on our behalf. I truly cant say enough good. These are the folks you look for in life.
