Dr. Kanuga is the BEST! Our children have been under her care for many years, even though we live 30 miles away. Together with her excellent team, Dr. Kanuga's kindness, patience, and expertise in Myobrace have helped our oldest child overcome dental anxiety, severe gag reflex, and snoring habit. Im not one to leave reviews but I wish someone had written one so I could at least have been warned. If I could give this place a zero, I would. I dont know if it was my daughter begging for a break or just them simply not caring enough about her going through the pain. It cost me around $1000 to get fillings and ceilings for baby teeth. The most insane part of this was they fixed one tooth then next week my daughter had a tooth infection on the same tooth that was supposed to be fixed. So I had to pay again to get the tooth that was previously fixed removed altogether and then they had to put spacers. Sounds to me like a cash grab. When your child is going through that type of pain and is terrified, you would think you would be able to hold their hand to help calm them. Not a kids dental they expect you to sit outside calmly, while your daughter or son is screaming/crying at the top of their lungs. This is not only Beyond traumatizing for the child, but for the parent as well. To the point where they should offer free therapy sessions to help the kids process the traumatic event. I would never suggest this place even to an enemy. do what you need to to help your kid but not here.

Dr. Kanuga and Hirano are fantastic. I was so nervous about finding a kind and experienced dentist for my daughter in LA but grateful we landed at KidZ Dental.  My daughter was there again yesterday for an urgent appointment and she ended up needing an extraction which is scary for kids.  She mentioned to me several times she thought the assistant Antonio did a very good job and it was clear he was the highlight of the visit.  He was super attentive and kind which made her so much more comfortable.  Special shoutout and thank you to Antonio for his kindness, care and assurance!

Kids enjoy going to the dentist, the staff are really friendly and the waiting room has fun games while we wait.
