Called me 10 minutes before my appointment to cancel because the "insurance person" as I was informed, called out for the day and there was no one else that could run my insurance. When I asked if I could simply pay cash since I was in much pain, I was told "they didn't know". What kind of incompetent personnel do they hire at these places? Overall, left a horrible impression and I will definitely not be returning.

First time here. I don't know if I'll return. Other patients including myself waiting well beyond a reasonable time to be seen. When this was brought up to the receptionist they claimed they only had one Dr and one assistant on duty. This is not feasible. Find another dentist if you can.

I must say this visit was very good, from the finance department to the Dentist everyone was very nice

They never gave me a job that I supposedly needed and within an hour they gave me something provisional and they denied my husband the attention, because they did not do that work there. Very bad administrative service.

i've never left a bad review but i'm very disappointed with the service over here. My mom Is a elderly woman . paid in full for partials over two years ago and it's still not done. My hope is that this review will get the attention of a manager to call me back.You have my number at your office. I would like this job to be finished . I would like the manager to be attentive to following through that it is Finished. I will be posting an update about the attention of this message. This message is regarding nancy neal. Update. March 29th 2024 1 week since I've posted this message, you guys are still not answering your phone nor returning my call. Don't you guys know that by not answering your phone?Your customers are not getting the support that they need and you're losing revenue?
