I recently purchased a 5 unit building in San Fernando Valley that was subject to the Los Angeles Seismic Soft Story Retrofit Ordinance. The previous owner had gathered a number of quotes from multiple contractors all of whom i reached out to upon closing Escrow. Not only were Urbane the only contractor that got back to me in an expedient manner, their quote also happened to be on the lower side of the price spectrum. From our first contact, Patrick and Amir were superb. They were super responsive, knowledgeable and friendly guys. They walked me through all of the steps, and assisted with all HCIDLA requirements. Through the construction process Amir was regularly onsite, and their contractors were amazing. These guys are consummate pros, i could not recommend them enough! Definitely recommend Patrick and his team. Super professional, on time and quality of work is amazing. We just bought our house and needed interior and exterior work, complete bathroom remodels on two bathrooms, and lots of other things. We were not sure how to start especially with permitting, but they took care of all the permitting and guided us throughout our whole project. This was truly amazing, because we did not need to get too involved and take time away from work. Alejandro, the project manager, was very attentive and provided daily updates. He provided helpful tips and ways to save money while making our house remodel project turn out beautiful and cost effective. Patrick and his design-build team really facilitated the entire process for us. Highly recommend!
