Very unprofessional . Tech never returned to repair my grill. Their Labor charge was 4X what I paid a local repair man.

Charged $500 to change a gasket on our small Sub Zero Freezer...
$185 for the part, which is available on Amazon for $100.
$145 for service call
$165 for labor that was less than 20 minutes total.
...with tax it was $507 is a total rip-off.

DO NOT USE! Horrible customer service! We ordered a part for my boss's freezer, and were sent a part that doesn't fit. We don't have the original box because it was destroyed upon opening - but they refuse to reimburse us for a part that doesn't fit the fridge.

Darius from Wilshire Refrigeration and Appliance came out a few weeks ago to provide regular maintenance on our Sub Zero refrigerator. During that visit, we discussed a recurring problem with water in the refrigerator section.
He ordered a kit to upgrade the defrost cycle on our unit. Today he came back and installed the necessary parts.
Both visits by Darius went smoothly he exhibited good work habits and knowledge. He was also very professional and respectful of our home.
Thank you Wilshire Refrigeration and Appliance. Our Sun Zero is operating properly again.

Had an appt. to have a 5 year old Subzero ice machine receive a service and cleaning done. I have had this done every 6 months since I purchased the appliance new. I prefer to spend the $ to have it serviced and cleaned every 6 months than to have something go wrong or to stop functioning. Over time this can be expensive, but this ice machine is very much a luxury that our family enjoys and depends on, so ultimately the $ is worth it. Think of it as religiously changing the oil in the car every 3000 miles.
I requested BRAD specifically. Although other techicians over the years have proven to be competent, I have found Brad to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I especially appreciate his enthusiasm for not just doing the minimal job required, but doing a complete, meticulous, and thorough job. I am a professional in my area of employment and I very much appreciate an employee who demonstrates these above qualities. Brad was even able to decipher the cause of an ongoing problem that other technicians either A. did not wish to investigate after completion of the basic service, or B. did not have the knowledge to diagnose the problem accurately.
THIS is the kind of service for which I willingly pay!
