Very bad service, the staff in Spanish is very friendly but the rest is very arrogant.

As other reviews indicate: the front desk is TERRIBLE. I waited for more than 1 hour for my walk in X-ray (they dont take appointments) because the front desk forgot to put me in order. Gary who did my X-ray was great. This one star goes to him.

The MRI went fine but they dont communicate anything. After arranging to have it emailed it never was I had to call back. The email didnt include the image which they never told me about (again) til I called back. And they currently didnt have the ability to print it out. Theyre not mean or bad at the job, just incredibly unreliable. If you need something done make sure to keep calling back or it wont happen.

The office staff is horrible! Like youre interrupting their day by being there!
The X-ray technician was very pleasant, thank goodness.
They really need some customer care improvement classes for that office staff!
