I saw the review above and thought adding additional comments is 100% necessary. My experience with Framework has been a nightmare. They even called me and discussed another patients therapist and insurance information because they mixed us up due to our names! Scheduling with them is a nightmare, getting matched with a therapist also seems very difficult, and they seem to not understand the concept of out of network billing or provide me an answer if they allow it. The person I talked with was rude and not apologetic for their mistakes or miscommunications.
When i did finally meet with a therapist she spent to sessions simply repeating back to me what she said. Have the session she sat their silently. It was awkward and completely unproductive.
