They installed the tankless hot water system a year ago. We used them to do the annual service. Very professional.

Hired them to come fix a leaking pot filler. He told me they would have to take the whole wall down and replace the entire system. He said he couldnt access the part he needed. I went over and removed the cap to show him. He apologized and said he could fix it now. If I hadnt tried to remove the cap, he would have charged me thousands to repair a simple leaking o ring. After he was done it still leaks! And i paid him for nothing! Be careful and double check their jobs. I dont know if he was blatantly trying to scam, or just bad at his job.
