Dont ever bring your family here my parents almost died in their care. The people that work there from the nurses to the administrators and doctors are all the evilest people Ive met, Ive had issues with all of them. Praying god deals with them all.

I wouldnt even give one star. Its a terrible place. Very unprofessional. They dont care about the patients and they forgot to give the medication to patients. Very very very bad

End of September one of the dr recommend this center and she told us it good center for -muscles rehab - and good with blood works and always on time about medicines , But the reality was totally different the center they care about paper works more then patients They charge medical and Medical a lot of money but what they give back minimum services My dad stayed there for 2 week without blood work And they know he has sensitive health issues specially with his kidneys and low hemoglobin Nurses blame Dr on one side My dad has cancer in his leg and cause him a lot of pain and Pain dr order him ( Oxy fast ) as pain control I asked the nurse to give my dad some to reduce his pain The Nurse said they are out of that medication And when you ask Dr to send blood works request the answer always she did sent it So we didnt know who we should believe The Food is ready cooked and reheated they dont care if it content salt or sugar or if this food has enough for patients . ( even they know the beans and pasta not good for my dad health issues) specially kidney issues So on Sunday Oct 17/2021 we noticed my dads urine bag very cloudy and it has white chunks so we request from the nurse to call 911 to move my to dad to hospital again . Of course the nurse take long time to call reason she should ask case manger and center manager But they ignore how sensitive issues are At the end the paramedics came The report of Er my dad kidney number was very high 2.97 , UTI infection, his potassium 5.2 , his body was dehydrated , This center should rebuild again A-z Thank God we move my dad from there . The dr with thick skin showed up asking if we will take him back there my mom give her good lesson about humanity End of my review if you have healthy case for your love dont take him there

I am a resident of Windsor Gardens in North Hollywood, California. I have been here for 15 days. I am here with severe pain in the right leg from a fractured pelvis. I cannot walk. I'm learning to walk again in this facility due to help and guidance from their Physical Therapy department. The Physical Therapy department, Speech Therapy department and the Occupational Therapy department, all of whom have treated me with kid gloves and careful messages of hope, have been so very wonderful and thorough with me. They take me to where I can go that day, no further, making careful assessment along the way. In whole I feel considerable progress along with setbacks, the physical pain reaction my muscles are having to the work they are attempting to do. There's also the natural course of things. And so my condition makes the progress it deems necessary along with my own personal hopes. I am in a place that is safe that much I know. Clean. (But the bathroom in the room not so much, needs a new floor). I am treated with the greatest dignity and respect from all staff members as if they're honored about me. I am witness to them treating others the same. Every one, from the guy who washes the floor and maintains my garbage to the guy who answers the main phone in the building and every staff member in charge and in between, treats me as if I were family or a dear friend. The food well, there are days that it is completely unpalatable. Other days I am pleasantly surprised. I am able to order things in to the facility if I like, so if I want something to eat more complex I can order in. In my body's down condition simple foods as what is presented here, is probably what is needed anyway. C'est la vie! The overall quality and feel of the Windsor Gardens is superior to what I expected. For this I am pleasantly grateful. In fact in my present condition I am seeing that I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience than here where I am. I would highly recommend this Windsor Gardens for loved ones!
