Based on our records, you previously no-showed the last time you called to come in. This time around, you called ahead regarding a nail repair with very little information; as a result, you did not even have an appointment to begin with. You even lied about your arrival time as you clearly arrived after 8pm upon reviewing our Ring system and camera surveillance footage. We appreciate your confidence, but the truth is that you are just delusional. You failed to mention that your niece also wanted to get services done over the phone as you only called ahead for a nail repair. We communicated that we only had the time for the nail repair and not any unannounced additional services for your teenage niece upon your arrival. Per our policy, we do not allow any extra guests or children, but we continued to make an exception for you to be together inside.After you made your way behind the reception counter, we determined that your specific kind of nails could not be repaired upon visual examination, especially since you wanted the nails to be extremely long. You were informed that we did not have a length that long and this is where you raised your voice, exhibited irate behavior and aggression, made a countless number of threats, and hilariously announced that you were a “celebrity.” We do not tolerate this kind of behavior and aggression from anyone, regardless of your social status, which led to the refusal of your service, and we kindly asked you to leave. Instead, you did not leave and threw an outrageous tantrum. Let us remind you that your niece recorded the entire incident and you should be asking her to see your Oscarworthy performance. You refused to leave, stated your intentions to physically assault our staff, and gave a horrific speech for over 10 minutes. After we were able to remove you from our premises, you repeatedly slammed on our doors over and over as seen on camera surveillance footage and by the police.
Upon the arrival of law enforcement, you were advised that businesses do in fact have the right to refuse service to anyone, trespassing is against the law, and warned for attempting to damage our property. You are certainly entitled to your own opinion, but you are not entitled to your own facts.No one mentioned a single thing about race or skin color and no one cares about your self-declared social status. It seems like you answered your own question as to why businesses deny requests to access camera footage, especially since your teenage niece recorded everything that you wanted to see. In conclusion, not a single person was racially profiled, but your once-in-a-lifetime performance showed your true colors and how you were the only demanding and entitled bigot at the end of the day. We highly urge you to give yourself a reality check and remember that the world does not revolve around self-declared “celebrities.”Sincerely,Ownership
