Hello Cathy, Thank you for your feedback. Yesterday you made an appointment to come in for two “regular pedicures”, it was booked and confirmed again by the receptionists that this is what you wanted and that’s what you were booked for. At the time of your arrival you requested to switch to the The Garden Bliss pedicure which is the highest level of spa pedicure with massage, callus removal, sugar scrub, hot lotion and so on. Unfortunately we had other clients booked right after you and this request couldn’t be accommodated since we RESPECT our client appointment times and wouldn’t allow next guest to wait for 30 extra minutes because the guest prior decided to change the service. We understand your frustration with us and there has been a lot of negative commentary towards the business and the staff that made everyone feel uncomfortable but you also need to understand that there is absolutely no reason why we wouldn’t want to give you what you want if the time would permit us. Changing from the garden pedicure to the bliss pedicure would shift the entire schedule and clients for the day by at least 30 minutes which means for both technicians every following client for the day would start at least 30 minutes pass they appointment time which is unacceptable for our standards as we honor appointments and respect everyone’s time. You had two exceptional and kind professionals working on your pedicures yesterday that left you with beautiful feet after The Garden Pedicure and we believe that giving a 1 star review is a bit harsh but we understand your frustrations and desire to express it again. We heard you and we understand. We really hope you come back again with the booking of the service you want and would reconsider your rating of our salon and amazing staff. The Management
