DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS. Scam business. They double charge you from the original quote when they show up day of move, they come late in the day and never return phone calls. Still waiting on my furniture and it will probably never show up.

NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Lost over $10,000 worth of my items and made me file with insurance that only covers .60 cents a pound. Told me 15 days took a month and a half. THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I had to call multiple times to remind about myself and a lot of times they wouldn’t pick up or respond to me. Absolute nightmare. I believe a lot of my stuff was stolen as the most expensive things are missing including 55” TV. All boxes were ripped up and all over the place. DO NOT USE THEM. I basically paid them $3000 to ruin ALL my belongings and lose business valuables. Services: Storage, Out-of-county removals, Packing/unpacking

The 5 star reviews for this business are from fake accounts. BEWARE This company is a complete scam. Don't trust them. My partner and I hired them a few months ago to move our belongings across country because our previous moving company had to cancel on us and this was a last ditch effort. We're paying the price. What was supposed to be 2 weeks, is now three months and counting. We've constantly called them and sometimes we reach them sometimes we don't. We keep getting in contact with a very rude customer service rep who keeps telling us she'll let "Barbara" know and that she'd be the one to get back to us. No call back. No check in. No service.

This is the absolute WORST experience I have ever had for a moving company. My family and I recent moved from California to Georgia and due to having small kids my husband and I felt that hiring a moving company would be less stressful and mush easier. Boy was we wrong!! Everything started off ok, we booked wi the company, paid a deposit and received a quote. The movers arrived a day before they were supposed to and once they arrived at our storage unit the price “changed” said it was way more than what was on the quote. Prices increased by almost $800. Ok whatever. We already had purchased flight tickets, etc and just went ahead with it. Movers did their job. About 3 weeks later my husband gets a call from the truck driver around 3am saying our load would arrive by 5am. We didn’t understand until we went outside at 5 am and were greeted by a semi-truck pulling a trailer with EVERYONE’s stuff on it including ours. The driver was supposed to go a loading spot first not our home. Needless to say the truck could not fit on our street and tore up my lawn and mailbox trying to leave. I called the company numerous time and after getting the run around I was told to file a claim but wait until our stuff claim in case something was damaged or missing. After a couple of more weeks our belongings arrived and boy oh boy!! Disaster. Boxes were ripped and damaged. Most of my husbands vinyl records were thrown all over the moving truck and as the movers were moving everything, a couple of the boxes broke and one of the movers just looked at us and said “you have insurance”. I couldn’t get wait to go through our stuff. A few boxes are missing, ALL of my husbands tools are gone and a bunch of stuff are damaged. Fast forward a few weeks later and I filed a claim including our missing and damaged items and the mail box. Well update….we received a settlement on our claim for….$35. Yes $35 whole dollars which we must get all the paper notarized and sent back before we can receive our check. This company is a complete rip off. Please if you can do yourself please do. It might seem like a head ache but it’ll be worth it in the end. Or definitely shop around and READ THE REVIEWS. Which unfortunately we did not. Complete headache. Fight for your belongings, people. It is not worth it to them to send a second shipment for a measly remainder balance. And I pray I get the rest of my crib, my kid's twin bed, the feet to my dining room table, my DYSON, some other things and my flatscreen TV.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You will be left to move yourself without notice. Jacquelynn will promise you the world and deliever you NOTHING. This company cancelled my move the day before. They stopped answering my calls the week of. They sent me an email with the refund and didn't have the decency to call. I had to call them with a different number for them to tell me straight up my move was happening because they didn't have a trucks. I had reserved the move 3 months prior to the move date. I've heard from others, this company has been canceling other moves so they can accept higher price offers. DO NOT RESERVE with this company. THEY WILL LEAVE YOU HIGH and DRY. It's worth spending more money with a qualified mover that won't be this dishonest with you. Service: Out-of-county removals
