        image the worst!!!!! only one gentleman there, Garbriel Grimm, is helpful. still waiting for 3 weeks now to get a AC installed.

        image They have few service technicians available and will schedule you a week after your initial call. Any other local repair service would get there in just a few days. Example: my 6 mo. old washer went out. It took a week for the technician to come out. He determined a new part had to be orders - that took an additional 3 days. Then Sears scheduled another appointment for the technician to come out 10 days later. Only after arguing with the customer service did they agree to send out the technician 5 days later. Total time my new washer took to get repaired - 2 1/2 weeks. Very unsatisfied. Will never again use Sears
