Comprehensive Community Health Centers - North Hollywood

They don't even deserve one star, you book appointment and then they cancel it many times. It's so hard to schedule an appointment with the right doctor. Speaking of doctors, all they have are all very inexperienced nurses that know nothing! Please, don't go here at all. Such a chaotic place.

With appointment you will wait almost 2 hours. Very unprofessional, very unorganized, very unsmilly staff. Everyone forgets everything specialy Doctor Ebrahim Sajedi. 4 times and each time variety of problems

Let me tell you about the Comprehensive Community Health Center CCHC in North Hollywood. I was having problems getting the info from my. Doctor, its very hard to talk to your doctor unless you make an appointment. However, I needed this info on the medication I was taking before my appointment. Just goes to show you what great customer service is like Dr. Sajedi has two assistants, Maribel, and Esmeralda. Now I know theyre very busy because when Im at the clinic they really dont have time for anything, but both of these young ladies managed to make sure I got the information that I needed about my medical problem before I went to see the doctor. So I just want to say great customer service, they actually care about people and please put this in their permanent record. Also, I just want to say that Dr. Sajedi is a great doctor and he does care about his patients. Kelita
