If I could give 10 stars to Silvia Torres I would. Silvia made the entire experience an absolute pleasure, actually it became fun!! We're in the midst of rebuilding after we lost our home in the Woolsey fire. I've been looking for stone for apx 6 months, either I could not find good quality stone at a reasonable price or the stone yards did not have the slabs properly labeled  showing they were sold. Looking for stone became a very frustrating and disappointing experience, that is until we met Silvia. She was the 1st salesperson that took the time to understand my needs and asked me to describe the type of pattern in the stone I'm looking for, because as we all know no two stones look a like they all have different patterns. If you've been in the market for stone slabs, you know there are at least a dozen stone yards within blocks of each other on Raymer. Most of the ones I called were really poor on customer service and hardly knew the products they had on hand.  We knew exactly what we were looking for and wanted to make sure they were in stock before trekking out to North Hollywood.  Aurora at Gem International not only knew her inventory but she was able to send us pictures of what she had in stock. She even looked through her inventory to see what other stones she had that was similar to what we wanted to give us other options. It's rare to find such good service. Thanks, Aurora!
