        Terrible front office staff, took 5 hours on hold, left 3 messages over 4 days only to get a non answer.I changed my insurance group just to never deal with them again.

        Sometimes I got appointments at 7.30 or even 7.45, but the place open at 7.45 and sometimes 7.50. I told a couple of times are you going to be here at 7.30 "yes" they told me, but we know what happened.
