It has been a pleasure working with Paul and his team members like Milton.  I referred to Paul by a friend who had sent clients to them and had a great experience.  They helped me find the best insurance policy for my business needs.  They answered my questions and were very responsive.  I would highly recommend speaking with them to which coverage is best for your needs.

Beverley Kavanagh is the worst agent that I have ever dealt with. She has horrible customer service and should not be allowed to work with clients. Her lack of knowledge caused my home insurance to lapse and she laughed out loud when I asked her to help understand the fair plan policy. She stated "I don't have time to read you a paragraph from their policy" and she takes days/weeks to reply to my emails. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!!!

I contacted Mr. Diaz for an insurance quote for one of our shopping centers. While it took most of the insurance agents one week to get us a quote, it took Mr. Diaz two days. He quoted me more than 50% less than what others like: State Farm and Farmers charged. I admire his perseverance and energy, I will go to this man for all my insurance needs.

We have been a customer for years and they really do have an amazing and helpful staff. Paul and his  team provide our insurance for multiple homes around California. Whenever we have any questions or needs, we get the help we need. Can't tell you how many times Elisa has saved the day by getting us documents ASAP.  No doubt, we have found our broker.

I have been a happy Paul Diaz customer since 2013. Elisa Davidson has been my Account Manager for the entire time and I really enjoy working with her. Not only do I get really good service from her specifically, but Paul Diaz, in general, can find extremely competitive rates. I have both Auto and Home policies through Mercury and also insurance for rental properties through Safeco. Rates do go up yearly which seems to be uncontrollable, but overall I am happy and would recommend them.
