image I stayed at Super 8 by Wyndham in North Hollywood on February 23rd, 2024. The staff were unfriendly. They demanded me to pay $150 deposit forward to get access to my room. They said this would be refunded by my bank back to my card. Guess what it never was, they lied regarding the deposit that would be refunded back to my visa. I even asked about veteran discounts, and nothing. I served in the United States Navy, and aint even appreciated for my service. The bedroom smells like cigarettes just smoke. Room was near the elevator couldnt sleep. I heard the elevator every single time just kept walking up in the middle of the night. The sheets had cigarette burns in them. The mattress was uncomfortable and stained blood stains. Unacceptable condition. roaches were all over the floor in bedbugs got bit by a bedbug and a roach after leaving the hotel. The TV provided the room had a large crack, and was unusable. The mini fridge in the room had a weird substance in it. The wall was falling apart, as well as the door in the condition of the room in furniture was unacceptable. Saw multiple hairs. The shower pressure was horrible. Toilet was clogged and not cleaned by housekeeping. Breakfast and pool absolutely had nothing and were dirty and unsanitary. Food was cold. Did not taste good. One of the staff tried to put hands on me and my family I am pressing charges on the super eight not the super eight unless you like these conditions I stated in my review. I am getting my lawyers all over this place, choose a better place. This place is for brookies.

image Air conditioner in the room made a horrible screeching noise. Front desk said there was nothing they could do about it and just open the windows instead.
Very annoyed by their lack of caring and would never recommend this place to anyone.
