Leon and Evan are crooks!!! Took my money and didnt deliver. Now theyre avoiding my calls. Tried going to their office and they dont answer the door. Save yourselves a headache and dont do business with these conmen!

PD&B, inc. created a marvelous ADU out of my garage. We are on our 2nd. tenant as of January 2024. This ADU is so attractive it invites new prospective tenants immediately. The workmanship is beyond description except to say that if you want an ADU you had better go to PD&B to get beyond your expectations. Sure... it costs serious money, but the return on the investment is beyond belief. Thank you, Leon, Evan, and company.

Do not go with these guys , they are not the real deal starting with Leon and company . Be careful which subs they hire because they are known as the Mickey Mouse company

DO NOT go to these people. they take your money and don't do the job correct. the owners take all your money just to use cheap material & they treat their workers horribly . it isn't worth it! avoid this company at all cost.  they don't take accountability. such a big disappointment and loss.

I recently updated both my bathrooms and kitchen with Precision Designs and they were fantastic!Working in the film industry my schedule is very busy and changes often so I couldn't have asked for better people to work with than the crew at Precision Designs. They were very responsive with my questions and generously available to my ideas and I knew that I could entirely trust them with the proper execution of all the decisions we had made together. The work they provided was impeccable and the attention to details made my house so much much more special and I am very grateful for their knowledge of craftsmanship. The schedule and budget was discussed up front and any adjustments were very clearly discussed and agreed upon before anything was added or changed, their communication was truly prompt and appreciated. I work on a TV show in Hollywood and felt like I needed a partnership to rely on for this project as I am rarely available to oversee every advancement and they more than delivered! I entirely recommend working with this team and I look forward to meeting them down the road for some more updating! So glad I found Precision Design and forever grateful for their assistance in building a home.
