Everything!! Lack of professionalism and the job they completed in July continues to show flaws. They demolished and rebuilt my patio. I just got fine paying another contractor to fix the pillars / posts that were covered with particle board. Now my patio roof is leaking due to the rain. There job continues to be a money pit!! Stay clear of this company. Their work is horrible and NOT guaranteed.

They constructed a patio and for the most part it was ok except for the particle board they used to cover the patio posts. Once the rain came (a few months later) there was water damage. Eduardo said his work was guaranteed. However when I called him to repair it, instead of taking accountability he began blaming the down spout on the post. He then went a far as to blame the man upstairs (God) for sending rain. His demeanor was completely different from when he began the job. He was defensive, rude and combative. I was so appalled by his lack of professionalism. That evening when I called to ask him the name of the material that he used to cover the posts, he began shouting and hung up on me. The new contractor I hired to fix the residual problems Eduardo and his crew left behind was very curious as to why anyone with experience would use this particle wood for an outdoor patio. If that wasn’t enough the patio was not sealed correctly and I now have a leak in the patio ceiling. I understand things do not always go as planned during home improvements. However, Eduardo’a lack of professionalism and inability to take accountability for an obvious substandard job is unacceptable. I have had to pay another contractor to remove the particle wood and replace it with real wood and correctly seal the patio to avoid further leaking. Unfortunately G&F’s errors have cost me extra money to repair. Not only do I feel cheated but I am very disappointed I placed my trust in this company/Eduardo. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!
