I never got to have my appointment in this clinic first the receptionist told that they didn't had my referral she wanted me to call her in 2 days, i called her and this lady told me if i can call her in 2 other days cause she were by herself in the front desk, and honestly seeing all this bad reviews made me not want to try not even to make an appointment.! Lol

Arrived at 3:40. Appointment at 4. It's 4:41 now. Three patients in front of me. They saw someone before me that had a 4:15. Lights burnt out. The door scrapes the ground, overcrowded waiting room. It's despicable we are treated like this for having Medi-cal. Do yourself a favor, ask your doctor to change your referral.

Dr Eubank is a doctor who gets to know his patients very well, he's a great doctor who knows his work!! And very good at doing his job. A++

My experience there. The ladies that work here are very unprofessional laughed at me when I told them that I can loose my job due to my daughter have continued ear infections. The ladies called and canceled every appointment for at least 2-3 months. Take in mind that my daughter has had since 10 months and is now 2 years old I have been dealing with this office for over monthsss. Unprofessional
