    This company is absolutely the worst . They never answer the phone during business hours . They never return messages . This company basically holds the keys to your car and cant bother to answer the phone to provide codes when needed . Not even in the middle of the day on a Wednesday . Do yourself a favor and don't go with this company even if they are cheaper you will spend more once you add in the uber rides you will need to take when you cant get a code to start your car .

    This company has turned out to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have had their device in my vehicle for over 3 years. They started out strong there was 24 customer service it was great. Progressively throughout The years of customer service has really sad loss. It has gotten so bad here in California that you cannot even get a hold of them during their business hours which again is very seldom they dont operate on weekends so if youre locked out your stack. I called this past Friday because I am due for a calibration and a customer service agent who answered the phone was like didnt anybody call you we are no longer able to service California. Die if anybody did call me why would I be calling to ask if I can get a calibration. Furthermore there is literally no where you can go to get your device calibrated they used to have multiple technicians which again was a great class and a great feature to the company. It went from having a mobile technician come to you to you having to meet a mobile technician at one of their various locations to having to travel over two hours to Stockton to get calibrated. So my last calibration two months ago I drove all the way to Stockton and when I got there the representative said all we no longer service blow and drive devices are you freaking kidding me. So now here I am I have about five days before my device locks me out I cannot get a hold of customer service there is nowhere to take my vehicle to have their equipment removed which again in itself defeats the purpose because now Im going to have to pay another company and installation fee because Blow and Drive) is basically stealing my money. This is definitely a good case for a class action lawsuit between lost wages between being stuck not knowing what to do to just having to agree to all the changes which we didnt agree to when you initially signed up a contract with them, they have definitely breached the contract. The sad part is on top of all of this now Im probably going to have to drive four hours to have the device taken out of my vehicle but I just want confirmation for them that that company still deals with their product. Which is seems like they dont because this company theres no way that anybody would deal with such a horrible company. Class action lawsuit thats what this person deserves been stealing peoples money for years and providing the worst service ever.

    Blow & drive has been nothing but problems for me for the past year and now Ive finally had it and am switching companies. They keep changing their business hours Without notice and no longer provide lockout codes on weekends, so I called yesterday at work to try and get a code and they said Id get a call back in no longer than 4 hours. Waited 5 hours after calling twice yesterday and once this morning and still no call back. Missed xmas eve dinner with my immediate family and am waiting for a code so I can use public transportation and travel over an hour to retrieve my truck from work so I can get to xmas with my extended family. They have zero customer service. I was told when I signed up that there wouldnt be any additional charges and that they would come to me for my bimonthly calibrations, not true. Their tech is only in my area(hour away) once a month and canceled his trip here last time which had me calling for unlock codes daily for 2 weeks before they told me theres an auto shop about an hour away I can go to. All they want is ur money flowing in and they know you probly wont go through the headache of switching services so they simply just dont care. Had to take a $100 Uber home after missing my family dinner and now I have no idea how Im going to make the 1.5hr trip with all my presents for christmas today. Do yourselves a favor and spend the extra $5-10 a month and go with a company thats been around awhile, save yourself the constant headaches their product and service come with

    Devices do not work properly! I am on my third device and still the same problems. After 2 weeks I had to have my car towed to the shop because the device would not even turn on. Device consistently will not even take you to the screen where you give your sample. I have had the device ask for a sample on several occasions when the car wasn't even running and i wasn't in it. If you don't take the test, then you have a week to get it to the shop to have it serviced. Rude customer service and don't fall for the 'we'll have a tech call you'! They won't. After having the car towed, I was accused of tampering with the device because there were no screws in the back. Subsequently was charged $300. I didnt even know there were screws in the back. And if I had known, and tampered with it, I certainly would have replaced them before taking it in to be fixed! But they have your account number and will do whatever they want! If you like being late to work, being stranded, or waiting in an extremely hot or cold vehicle waiting to get this garbage equipment to work, then this company is for you! If you are like the rest of this, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!
