I worked with Nisan--he was fantastic!  He diagnosed our problem, was patient in answering my questions, gave us options on how to move forward, had a competitive price, and did the work in the timeline and manner that he said he would.  I highly recommend them for foundation work.

I had a crack in my slab foundation that was leading to several problems. Although it wasn't a serious structural issue, it was very discouraging to remodel a bathroom and then have cracked tiles a year later, or to watch large cracks in my walls and ceiling grow over the years.I had put off any further renovations because I was so discouraged and took forever to actually bite the bullet on foundation repair because so many foundation companies are out to charge insane amount of money selling unnecessary and expensive solutions.I hired my own unbiased engineer to tell me exactly what needed to be done, then I hired my own people to do the work the engineer detailed. The people I went with were Foundation Builders and Jose and his crew did an incredible job. It's hard to believe that they could jackhammer up half a living room and dining room worth of slab without making any mess in the rest of the house but they did it! They underpinned, re-barred, and poured a level slab tied into the existing slab and fixed some drainage issues and I couldn't be happier. Since they finished their work I've been getting to all the renovations I was too discouraged to do and have been enjoying my nice, solid foundation.

After purchasing our house in 2016 my wife bc and I noticed our shagging toward the west side of the house. I called four different foundation companies for estimates. After meeting with a representative from all four, Nisan was the guy we decided to go with. Mind you this was a stressful situation for us. Expecting to pay a arm and a leg for repairs and not too sure what to expect as far as the work to be completed. I'll say this, Nisan made sure we understand what the issues were and how they were going to solve them. We opted for retro fitting, the addition of some beams underneath where the previous owner Mickey moused the addition of a bathroom and bedroom and to fill in the cracks we had already had in the foundation. He turned our stressful situation into a stress free situation. I highly recommended requesting Nisan to come out. We provided pictures before and afterwards. They showed up on work days on time and were very friendly and professional. The only issue we had was the crew left a few batteries behind. I'm guessing they didn't see them in all the weeds we have in our backyard as they cleaned behind themselves each day after finishing their work for the day. We couldn't be happier. If your having issues, look no further has foundation builders will handle your concerns and allow you to keep to your daily schedule without any issues. We're very pleased and have no complaints whatsoever.

Foundation problem is never fun. It's massive and you don't get the benefit of enjoying a new anything like in remodeling. But if you encounter a foundation problem you better deal with itZ and if you do, foundation builder is my recommendation! They been professional from the very first contact, always responsive and responsible. I had to level my kitchen, they were quick and clean and gave me a fair price. All in all they did a great job and turned an unpleasant necessity to a good experience.
