SCAM ALERT: Fraudulent company. They charged my card and all the phone numbers are disconnected and store doesn't exist.

Hmm placed an order and need to make a return and conveniently cant reach anyone. All numbers are disconnected except for one which goes to a resteraunt. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, they are 100% scammers. Finally reached someone who told me in January they didnt accept online refunds but would in this case (says no where on their site), so i sent back the merchandise and almost three months later still no refund. So Im out the merchandise and the money now.. And how convenient that the site says they are closed but sure are active on their site and social media outlets.

DO NOT ORDER. Unfortunately, there is not a rating of 0 stars available. Villans never sent out my order. The phone number in the order confirmation email is for a restaurant. Then trying the number found by searching Google just rings until a message picks up stating that the voicemail has not yet been setup. An attempt to contact them via email was unsuccessful and went unanswered. A dispute was filed with PayPal, and they couldn't even get any type of response from Villans. PayPal was able to refund my money. It goes without saying that Villans are the definition of world-class POS, and I'm not referring to point-of-sale. It's such a shame, because I really liked what I placed an order for that I never received.
