        If you are looking to foster, please do NOT go to Penny Lane !! I wish I could give them 0 stars ! I have not received one phone call in 2 years while their employees have adopted 2 toddlers in the meanwhile. After I left they just lied to the new agency reg. having contacted me about fostering. They NEVER did ! Go somewhere else if you want results ! So disappointed....

        In the late 1990s I went to the school help me a lot now Im glad that they turn it into a faster homes for those who needs it!!

        That building used to be a private school name Dubnoff Center I was there as a kid wen I try to revisit after over 25 years they told me every staff that I know was gone and that a new company named Penny Lane was taking over the building.
