I bought a 2009 Audi A3. I asked these guys, "If the engine blows up on my drive home, are you guys going to help me fix it?" They said, "Oh of course. This is a family business!" Before I get home, the check engine light turned on. Multiple codes. Estimate to fix the first set of problems is $3500. I couldn't even get them to reimburse spark plugs. Avoid these guys at all costs. They are scam artists that hide issues with the cars and stick the buyer with all the problems.

Highly recommend this very professional service what this company with outstanding customer service provided to me . I bought a nice Mercedes 6 months ago and just picked up a beautiful C class for my girlfriend today. I am sure I will be back again

The experience was overall what it should be straight forward and to the point and a bit awkward. I bought a used car from them advertised from Craigslist from this dealer with it being advertised with no flaws, super clean low mileage etc. Unfortunately the car did have some cosmetic and interior drawbacks along with some minor mechanical needs. Also some small elctrical odds and ends that would annoy a non mechanically inclined person. In the end it is a used car with some needed tlc and it'll come with its quirks, I would say if you plan on buying a vehicle from this dealer I highly recommend getting an experienced mechanic with you so you don't find yourself dealing with what I did. Is the car I purchased horrible? No not at all simply wasn't as advertised. I'm lucky in my situation as I'm mechanically inclined yet for someone else to have to deal with these quirks it wouldn't be in your favor. Best get your mechanic.

I rarely write reviews due to the fact that great customer service now and days is truly a lost art form. But dealing with Mate, and the team at So Cal Car Connection really was a wonderful experience. True professionals who were extremely helpful and informative regarding my questions and concerns while purchasing the automobile that I was interested in. They spent a tremendous amount of time and money getting this car into tip top shape. New brakes with sensor, new oil, new air filters, new radiator, new motor mounts, new front and rear Bilstein shocks. They went above and beyond on this car. Not to mention that the car already was in immaculate condition to begin with. I am extremely satisfied and can't thank them enough for an amazing car and also a very pleasant purchasing experience.
