MTD Kitchen

They do not honor their guarantee. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! This company sold us on Pental quartz countertops, charged us $25,000 to remodel our kitchen. They stopped showing up near the end of the install. I had to beg them to come finish the work. It took over a year and a half to complete! They never came to do the final walk through as stated on their website, and as promised during the sale.. The Pental quartz counter tops began chipping before the kitchen was even finished. It chips away so easily. Ernie Lehman at MTD declined to fix it. He blamed the problem on us. The cheapest Home Depot counter tops would be stronger that the very soft Pental quartz. Poor workmanship and horrible service!

I worked with designer Rhochie who is a superstar! She is kind, patient and always looking for ways to improve a layout or save cost for the consumer. She spent hours with me on the computer going over my kitchen and three bathrooms! I did all of my cabinets and countertops with MTD and am very happy! Their installers are also wonderful! Special shout out to Felipe who helped me customize my shelve heights and went above and beyond with our hood install. This is the second time I have used MTD. We did a commercial building kitchen with them and that also turned out fabulous!

We so appreciate MTDs great design, installation, and maintenance of our kitchen cabinets. The cabinets are high quality and look great and MTD stands behind their work. A few years after installation, one of the hinges broke on our cabinet door and it got stuck when closing. MTD sent one of their team members to our home, he fixed it quickly, and made sure we were happy. Now it is better than new. We feel lucky that our contractor recommended MTD!

We interviewed multiple cabinet manufactures before starting our home remodel. We chose MTD kitchen and were extremely happy with the process and final product. Ask for Travis to do your design, and Alex for the counters and flooring. They are the best. Very patient and extremely knowledgeable and listen to what you need vs trying to up sale you. We were so happy we had Travis also design our bathroom and bedroom closet cabinet system. The MTD product is very high quality and built to last. Their installation team were professionals and true carpentry artists. They completed the installation on schedule and in a short time. I had custom molding, and their installation team were true artists. MTD quality was excellent and exceeded my expectation.
