I recently visited this establishment for a service, excited to indulge in some self-care. However, my experience was marred by an overwhelming stench that greeted me in the hallways. As I entered, I was met with a horrid smell that instantly put me off. Upon speaking to my beauty professional about the odor, she informed me that someone else in the establishment had burned sage and incense, resulting in the lingering unpleasant smell. It was evident that this was a recurring issue that affected not only customers but also the professionals working there. While the service itself was satisfactory, the pervasive odor significantly detracted from the overall experience. It's concerning that management has not taken action to address this issue, especially considering the impact it has on both customers and the businesses operating within the establishment. As someone who cannot tolerate strong smells, I sympathize with my beauty professional and others who have to endure this unpleasant environment regularly. It's essential for management to take proactive measures to ensure a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for all patrons and professionals alike. Addressing the issue of lingering odors should be a top priority to prevent it from negatively impacting future experiences
