Needed a contractor for refurbishing of a rental. This was the first and only contractor I researched, there was no need to look further. Great people. Fantastic work. Yogi and Chen in constant communication of what was happening with the project. They were always doing the extra little things that shows they really pay attention to detail. Quality of finished project impressed me so much I already have another rental that they will be doing next. You can not go wrong with them.

I called around a few places to see who could match my design idea and of course give me the best price. Yogev with GH Remodeling was professional, on time, and knowledgeable. I had them do my 3 bathrooms and kitchen. It started off with just my bathroom but I was so happy I decided I want to keep going. The guys were on time and always did as promised. I cannot say enough good things about GH Remodeling and their entire team. We have an apartment building that had been mismanaged with contractors taking short cuts that caused problems. After working with two terrible contractors that did nothing but delay and make things work, Yogi and his team came in and saved us. Serious damage and restoration work in numerous units, some that had work done improperly by the previous contractors. They came in, corrected all the improper work and then completed numerous apartments in the most professional and appropriate way. Our tenants are thanking us for the quality of work, attention to detail, and all around actually caring about the work they do and they people they work with. I wish I could give them 11 stars, they are the best and only contractors you will want to use. I say that as someone who has hired numerous contractors in several states and even other countries. Get the best quality, the best expertise, and the best experience possible by using GH Remodeling.

We had drainage and paver work done by Yogi in February, and are writing this review after seeing how successful it stood up to the tropical storm in August. We chose to work with Yogi and his team after getting quotes when our house and driveway flooded in February during a week of heavy rain. Some contractors dismissed our concerns and suggested pavers alone would fix the issue, saying "but it never rains in LA, this was a once-in-a-lifetime flood". However, Yogi and his team understood our concerns and came up with great drainage solutions, without trying to upsell us on our needs. We ended up removing failing concrete, having a sump pump installed, installing three drains with proper grading, replacing a failing gutter and connecting it to the drain, and replacing 4 rotting porch posts. Yogi's team was considerate and cleaned up after themselves. Juanita was easy to communicate with regarding payment and schedule. The pump worked amazing on a light rainy day in the spring, but given how well it performed in Flash floods yesterday we are thrilled. Best of all, Yogi has been responsive any time we had even a small question. We're looking forward to working with him again soon.
