Huge huge respect for these honest mechanics. I came in pretty last minute (hour and a half before closing) with an issue with a guard dragging against my front right wheel. Person on the phone was extremely kind and honest about the issue, and said he could make time to remove if if that was within my best interest but Id probably have to eventually replace it. I respected that honesty a ton, and appreciated that hed make time for me so last minute. I came in and very quickly was helped with the issue despite having other cars on the lot, and with the quick service and especially in this hot valley heat I offered compensation because I respect them working in this hot sun in an open garage. He told me to not worry about it and just come back in the future if further issues come up. HUGE RESPECT. HUGE APPRECIATION. I really valued that and was surprised he didnt take compensation despite me offering it. I had to shout them out, theyre my new go to for auto work, if youre in the valley YOU GOT TO GO TO AUTOWRIGHT. Big respect, big appreciation, thank you.
