IKONIC Auto Garage - The BMW Specialists

Great team here. Imran and Omar are super helpful, the techs do great work and it's a stand up, honest shop. They're busy, so don't expect a 20 minute turn around, but at the end of the day they're more communicative and still way faster than going to a dealer. I've been working on and driving BMWs for 25 years but don't have a garage or parking space here in LA to do my own work- I won't be taking my car anywhere else.

Meh. They don't seem to need anymore business. They are doing good enough as it is I guess. Took them 2 weeks to get back to me with a quote (with multiple callbacks from me) and ended up being way higher than competition. So I passed and found a place that suits me better (Hamlets BMW).

Theres a reason Ive been going to Ikonic for years. Well, actually, theres lots. First, they know BMW engineering COLD. They have experience and theyre owners themselves. Second, theyre honest. They view customer relationships as a long term play. They are not out to make a quick buck. They want you to come back, and thats reflected in the level of attention youll receive and the pricing. Both are unbeatable. Third, these guys know what customer service means. They know me by name and Omar actually saw me at a local gas station while I was filling my tires and actually pulled in and stopped to offer me help! How many experiences like that do you get anymore?! Now thats how you run a business. For my money, they are the best BMW shop in town and its not even close. Do yourself a favor and hit them up.
